In compliance with the law 5174 act 34 our duties are ,
To represent and register the trade of the points inside the stock-exchange. To astablish and declare the daily prices of the points inside the stock Exchange in the law of department.
To make some general arrangements wich show the delivery and acceptance of the recipient and the dealer with their duties in paying terms, the terms of liguidation,the agent terms on prices and shows the ways of arbitrary fortifications and will be implemented by the approval of the union.
To make price correspondence by following the stock Exchange and markets of home and abroad i and to guide the members about electronic trade and internet networks
To organize and approve the documents in the 51 st.item
To found labratories and technical officer in order to fix the types and gualities of the items inside stock Exchange, and to participate in the founded ones.
To fix the usage and oustoms about stock Exchange in their regions to get the ministrial approve and to declare them.
To make proposal reguest and applications to the offical departments about the topics in stock Exchange activities, to the membersor tohimself in case of the benefit of al lor some members.



To control the agreement decision and aplications in a harmonic action quality which may affects to breach the rivalry and when it is fixed to inform the related departments.
In case of the deposit of the foundation aims and duty areas which are stated in this law to apply the Works given to the regulation ministries or other official institutions.

To give the documents the members need and to be in the service of necessary things related.
To evaluate the applies which will be done about home fairs and to bid to the union.
To sit on the duties given by the union and ministry according to the related laws in the duties given by the subjects that remains.
